For the price, this keyboard is probably the best mechanical keyboard. I got the brown switches one. Though this is my first keyboard I am quite satisfied with what I got. One thing to mention is the space feels and sounds a little different, a bit softer than the rest of the keys, though it is stable. The keyboard is quite good at discerning when the key is actually or accidentally pressed and it is accurate in detection of the number of times a key has been pressed. Finding the proper software was a pain from the royal kludge website, I had to get it from another Indian mechanical keyboard retailer’s website cause it’s official website didn’t have the software for v2 of the keyboard. It just has one irritating bug, if it is connected to wireless (both bluetooth and usb 2.4ghz dongle) and then it is connected wired and vice versa, the keyboard stops detecting inputs, you can change the lighting but nothing else. The only solution is to restart your computer. Also as this doesn’t support QMK/VIA software, there is less options available for tinkering though that is a nitpick at this price range. The only issue I have with that is if want to activate music lighting effect only when music is playing there is no option. Also the music lighting effect can only be activated through the software and can’t be loaded locally on the keyboard, the only lighting effect I wanted to be able to switch to locally without the software. Though I have critiqued this piece of hardware quite thoroughly, I still get giddy as a kid whenever I see it and use it.
