Royal Kludge (RK) Warranty Disclaimer and Clearance Sale

Here at StacksKB we always aim to provide you with the highest quality products, and the highest quality service. Unfortunately products we carry may occasionally miss the mark. Usually when products we have sold face issues, we rely on our suppliers for technical support and replacements (whether it be parts or entire keyboards). However, in the case of Royal Kluge, we have not received replacement parts in a timely fashion, even as their products have had a significantly higher warranty claim rate when compared to other brands we carry like Filco or VTK. With the parts for some claims arriving 6-8 months after the claim was initially raised with us. As such, due to a lack of parts, we have been replacing entire keyboards, covering the costs out of pocket.

Further, Royal Kludge has informed us that they will not provide warranty support to us on goods they have already sold to us, should we discount them. This is while multiple competing vendors for the same products have run discounts.

Unfortunately in these circumstances, it is no longer possible for us to be able to provide warranty support. As such we are clearing all RK items without warranty.
