Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our address at 15B Armenian Street, Burrabazaar, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

How long do you take to ship?

For in-stock items, we aim to pack your order in two business days. All orders are picked up on the same or next working day after orders are packed.

Do you offer express shipping?

All domestic orders are shipped using express shipping options. However, please allow your packages some time to arrive due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

Please note that due to airline restrictions, orders containing liquids (such as lubricants), pressurized containers, dangerous or perishable goods are not shipped via air.

Can we visit your store in person?

Yes, please contact us before visiting our office in Kolkata.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over India and to almost every country overseas. We use the leading Indian and international shipping companies to deliver your products in a safe and sound manner.

Will you ship internationally?

Yes! We use DHL shipping to most countries. We can confirm that unfortunately Pakistan and Iran cannot be serviced at this time, but we are looking at ways to improve the situation. If your country is missing from our system, please contact us and we will look into it.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on all domestic orders of Rs. 1000 and above. We offer free international shipping to 60+ countries, depending on shipping meeting a threshold.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No.

Can I buy samples/sample packs for switches?

All switches are available in quantities as low as one (1), unless the listing states otherwise. Please feel free to purchase individual pieces of any switches that you like.

Do I have to pay any additional duties, customs or taxes on my orders?

The prices mentioned on the page include all duties, customs and taxes applicable in India. You will not have to pay anything extra for any order being delivered within India.

International orders may be subject to the import regulations of the destination countries and the buyer is responsible for any fees arising from such regulations.

Can you change my order?

No. Please cancel it and place it again. Do note that our cancellation and returns policy will apply.
