Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our address at 15B Armenian Street, Burrabazaar, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
How long do you take to ship?
For domestic prepaid orders containing only in-stock items, we aim to dispatch within two working days. Working days exclude weekends, public holidays and announced warehouse closures. International orders normally require up to four business days for processing and export paperwork. Pre-orders and backorders ship after all items in the order have arrived. Holiday periods and other delays may affect dispatch. COD orders follow the separate confirmation and dispatch terms in our Cash on Delivery Policy.
Do you offer express shipping?
All domestic orders are shipped using express shipping options, wherever available.
Please note that due to airline restrictions, orders containing liquids (such as lubricants), pressurized containers, dangerous or perishable goods are not shipped via air.
Can we visit your store in person?

Where do you ship to?
We ship all over India and to almost every country overseas. We use the leading Indian and international shipping companies to deliver your products in a safe and sound manner.
Will you ship internationally?
Yes! We use EMS shipping to most countries. We can confirm that unfortunately Pakistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Iran cannot be serviced at this time. If your country is missing from our system, please contact us and we will look into it.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on all domestic orders of Rs. 1200 and above.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, for eligible orders at select pincodes within India. Eligibility is checked at checkout and remains subject to our Cash on Delivery Policy.
Can I buy samples/sample packs for switches?
We currently do not sell individual samples. However, sample packs may be available.
Do I have to pay any additional duties, customs or taxes on my orders?
The prices mentioned on the page include all duties, customs and taxes applicable in India. You will not have to pay anything extra for any order being delivered within India.
For destinations other than the United States, destination import duties and fees are the customer’s responsibility. For orders shipped to the United States, we collect import duties based on the prevailing rates at the time of your order. At dispatch, we pay the duties to IndiaPost, which remits them to the US authorities through its postal duty-prepayment process. If US customs duties increase before your shipment arrives in the United States, you may be required to pay the additional duty. Non-duty charges imposed by US authorities or carriers, such as processing or clearance charges, may also be payable by you. If duties subsequently decrease or are removed, please pursue any eligible refund with the US authorities under their applicable procedure. The duties already paid to IndiaPost are not retained by StacksKB, and a later rate change does not automatically result in a refund from us.
