Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at stackskb.com. We ship all over India, and most places in the world. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
- Domestic prepaid in-stock orders: normal dispatch within two working days
Domestic prepaid orders containing only in-stock items: We aim to pack and process orders within one working day and dispatch them by the following working day. This is a normal processing estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Weekends, public holidays, announced warehouse closures, high order volume and other disruptions may extend processing. COD orders are subject to the separate confirmation and dispatch terms in our Cash on Delivery Policy. Pre-order, backorder and international processing terms are set out below.
October 2026 closure: The warehouse is closed for dispatches from 16–20 October and reopens on 21 October. Dispatches may take additional time from 21–25 October.
- Orders containing pre-orders or backordered items will be shipped after all items have arrived.
If your order contains a pre-ordered item or an item that is backordered, we will ship the item only after all items included have arrived at our warehouse, and been processed. Please note that dates for pre-ordered and backordered items are tentative and subject to change without notice.
- No orders will be processed on weekends or holidays
Orders placed on stackskb.com will only be processed Monday-Friday, excluding any national, state, or public holidays.
- Shipping Delays
While we shall endeavour to ship your order within two working days, please note that there may be delays in periods of high order volume, or due to unforeseeable circumstances such as lockdowns, transport disruptions, and acts of god.
- Deliverable Addresses
We ship all over India. We shall ship most packages through our preferred delivery partners, however, if they cannot reach the destination address, we shall endeavour to deliver your order using Indiapost.
- Shipping Times and Rates
We offer free domestic air shipping on on all orders of value Rs. 1200 and above. We shall endeavour that they be delivered within 10 working days of dispatch. However, it may take longer in non-urban areas, and in times of disruption such as pandemics, strikes, natural disasters and other acts of god.
While we shall endeavour to ship most packages by air, orders containing items prohibited by airlines such as liquids, hazardous goods, and perishable goods will be shipped via surface. Further, we reserve the right to ship any order with a volumetric weight greater than 5kg by surface.
The shipping charges for orders of value below Rs. 1200 will be calculated at checkout.
The times and charges for express shipping will be calculated at checkout.
- Returns
In case of faulty, damaged, or otherwise defective products, please see our returns policy.
International Shipping
We are now offering international shipping using EMS or Air Parcel shipping, and the following additional policies are applicable:
- Deliverable Locations
Currently we are unable to deliver items to Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine, so we are unable to arrange shipping for orders to those countries. We are working on ways to enable shipping to these countries, but in the meantime you can contact us to place an order on your behalf, and you can arrange your own pickup.
If you are trying to place orders from a country other than the ones listed above, but your country is not listed, please contact us to resolve the problem.
- Processing times
All international orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within four business days. The extra days are used to prepare the additional paperwork needed to process export shipments.
- All sales are final once orders have shipped
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Shipping rates
We offer flat rate shipping across all order values and sizes, excluding deskmats, which have a separate shipping fee. Heavy/bulky items may carry an additional flat fee, and it will be reflected in your cart. Please note that the rate offered depends on the country the shipment is to be sent to, and that will automatically be shown in the shipping calculator in your cart.
We may also offer free shipping subject to certain terms and conditions, which you may find below in the Free International Shipping section.
As of the 1st of January 2023, we are no longer offering free shipping outside of India.
- Customs duties, import fees and other import taxes
For destinations other than the United States, any destination customs duties, import fees and other import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. The following duty-prepayment terms apply to shipments to the United States.
United States: import-duty prepayment
For orders shipped to the United States, we collect import duties based on the prevailing rates at the time of your order. At dispatch, we pay the duties to IndiaPost, which remits them to the US authorities through its postal duty-prepayment process. If US customs duties increase before your shipment arrives in the United States, you may be required to pay the additional duty. Non-duty charges imposed by US authorities or carriers, such as processing or clearance charges, may also be payable by you. If duties subsequently decrease or are removed, please pursue any eligible refund with the US authorities under their applicable procedure. The duties already paid to IndiaPost are not retained by StacksKB, and a later rate change does not automatically result in a refund from us. Refund eligibility and the documents or representative required are determined by the US authorities.
- Shipping times
We endeavor to deliver express shipments in 7-10 working days. However, please be advised that international shipments are subject to additional import-export clearance at the ports of customs of the sending and receiving countries, which may add extra time to the processing of the shipment. The buyer understands and accepts that these delays are beyond the control of either the courier or StacksKB, and do not count towards the delivery time frame. Any additional delays due to disruptions in the courier’s operations are also beyond the control of StacksKB.

We may offer free shipping within India at our discretion.
