Cancellation, Returns and Refunds


Thank you for your purchase from The following constitute the cancellation and return policy of the website.

  • We shall replace any faulty or defective product absolutely free of cost, or provide a refund for any such product sent. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the defective product, and we shall arrange a pick-up of the same. After verifying the return, we shall ship a replacement or provide a refund, at our discretion.
  • Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped. If the order has already been shipped please contact us to initiate a “change of mind return”.
    • We will charge a cancellation fee to cover the transaction costs and the costs related to processing the order. A fee of 3.36% of the order value or Rs. 100, whichever is greater will apply.
    • We do not accept cancellations of orders containing non-returnable items or items on clearance or on sale.
    • We do not accept cancellations of orders held or not shipped at customer request.
  • Change of mind returns – We do not accept returns of goods once they have been delivered. If you change your mind about a purchase, please reject the delivery, and email us immediately. For prepaid orders we will issue a refund minus the sum of our shipping and fulfilment costs, and the restocking fee. The restocking fee shall be up to 3.36% or Rs. 100, whichever is greater. For cash on delivery orders, you will be liable for our shipping and fulfilment costs, which will have to be paid electronically.
  • Non-returnable goods We do not accept returns of certain goods such as made to order items, lubricants and perishable item, as mentioned on the product page. Please ensure that the goods are not marked as non-returnable before contacting us.
  • Undeliverable goods We are not responsible if our delivery partners are unable to deliver goods in case of incorrect, incomplete or otherwise insufficient contact information and/or address is given during order placement.
    • In all such cases if the shipment is returned to us, we will only refund your payment minus all the costs associated with the shipment, including but not limited to shipping (forward and reverse), packing and transaction processing fees.
    • Non-returnable item costs will not be refunded.
  • Lost goods – Please contact us to know your options. Generally we will ship a replacement or issue you a refund for the value of the lost item(s) after verifying all the details of the shipment.
  • Late delivery – We do our level best to ensure orders are packed and booked to reach you on time. Occasionally, delays may happen during the transport of goods to your location. StacksKB is not responsible for delays at the courier’s end.
    • Exception – In case your order has been shipped, and you have not received your shipment for more than thirty (30) days since the expected date of arrival at the address specified with your order, we will issue replacements or offer full refunds.
    • The exception does not apply if the delay is due to the recipient being unwilling, unavailable or otherwise unable to receive the package.
    • Force Majeure – The exception does not apply due if the delay is due to unforeseeable circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, emergencies, war, famine, other acts of god and any other event which disrupts normal delivery operations significantly.
  • Wrong product sent – In case of wrong product sent, we shall replace it free of cost. However, if you have used the wrong product, we shall charge you the full price of the product sent.
  • Pre-orders and Group Buys – Please note that pre-orders and group buys are subject to our Pre-order and Group Buy Policy which supersedes the terms of our Cancellation, Returns and Refunds policy.
  • Limitations on return of goods – Certain limitations on the return of goods apply. In particular we will not accept returns in the following cases:
    1. The goods were not purchased from
    2. We were contacted more than 7 days after the receipt of the package.
    3. The  item has been damaged or otherwise altered by the user – this includes, but is not limited to, spills, physical damage, any items disassembled by the user, and any item with stickers removed.
    4. The item must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, cables, accessories, and any other items originally included in the box. We shall not accept a return if any of these are missing. However, if any of the items are contained in a sealed, or otherwise special packing (such as bubble wrap or blister pack), those must not be opened/torn.
    5. We shall not accept a return of any item marked as non-returnable.
    6. In case of PCBs or DIY kits, please make sure that everything works before soldering or assembly. We will not accept returns of items that have been soldered or otherwise assembled. We ensure that all traces are functional during production and so we cannot entertain defect claims after the PCBs have been modified.
    7. We shall not accept returns for any items marked as “B-stock” or “C-stock”.
    8. Sales of items marked as clearance or sale items, or any item marked with a discount over its regular price cannot be cancelled. Further, returns for any such items is not accepted.

Please note that cancellations are not accepted over phone or though any other medium such as SMS or Whatsapp. If an item is found to be defective after more than seven days of receipt, we shall repair or replace it in accordance with the applicable warranty policy.

Additional terms for International Customers

Please be aware that as an international customer the following additional terms apply to your purchases on StacksKB.

  • Change of mind returns

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. International shipments are not eligible for change of mind returns once the items have shipped.

  • Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped, but will be subject to a 5% cancellation and restocking fee to cover our expenses on international transactions.

  • Warranty claims

For warranty claims or repairs, please be advised that buyer is responsible for international shipping fees both ways, should it be necessary that the items be sent to us to conduct the necessary repairs.
