For example, we might contact you to confirm your order.   We will not send you promotional material unless you specifically opt in, for example by following us on social media.

We may use data collected from you to contact you in related to your activity on our website, including but not limited to orders, checkouts (whether partial or completed), changes to profile information, password resets etc. This includes, but not is limited to, address confirmation emails, queries about payments and order processing, assistance with checkout, reminders and updates about orders, security related emails in case of suspicious activity etc.  

Payment Information

We collect payment information such as billing names, addresses, contact details when you make a purchase from us. We do not collect credit card information. Credit card information is collected and processed by our third-party partners.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
