Description

The Akko Creamy Yellow U1 is a factory-lubed linear switch for a smooth keypress without a tactile bump. Its 100-switch pack suits many compact and tenkeyless builds while leaving spares.

Specifications

  • Operating force: 45 ± 8gf; end force: 55 ± 8gf.
  • Pre-travel: 2.0 ± 0.4mm; total travel: 3.6 ± 0.4mm.
  • POM stem and top housing; PA66 bottom housing.
  • 5-pin mounting and MX-style keycap stem.
  • Factory lubrication and integrated light diffuser.

How many do you need?

One pack contains 100 switches. Count the switch positions on your board: a 104- or 108-key keyboard needs more than one pack unless you already have suitable spare switches.

Compatibility

Check that your PCB supports standard mechanical MX-style switches and the mounting footprint. Do not assume compatibility with optical, magnetic Hall-effect or low-profile sockets. Sound varies with the keyboard, plate and keycaps.
